I am not able to Show Hidden Files. The setting keeps reverting back to False when I leave the Settings screen

At home this app works fine, but travelling around it's a problem. It won't work if you don't have an internet connection. Why I need an internet connection to look at files on my phone or tablet is beyond me. Uninstall!
