The game is fun, and I've been playing it for a while. But there's this one glitch that ruins EVERYTHING! Every once in a while, all the decor in the houses I've created disapears! (I've spent A LOT of time on these houses) as well as my characters clothes and the gifts at the post office. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, BUT IT KEEPS HAPPENING! Please fix it, because I've spent a lot of money on this game and I don't want all that money to be for nothing!

Irritatingly, at random times, my game will almost completely reset, even when I didn't click the reset button. So I lose my stuff in the gift shop, my house will reset, etc. The only thing I don't lose is my character designs and clothes. I don't know why it does this, but I would hope you guys can maybe fix this soon? I am not sure if it happens to anybody else. But if it does, then the developers really need to fix this issue, honestly.
