I've been banking with this bank for many years & I'm very pleased with their business. They're very friendly, helpful & professional. A good bank, (great). The mobile banking app is awesome, very easy to use, helps me out alot, because I don't have any transportation & I can do almost everything on the app, excluding depositing cash. I recommend this app if you use this excellent bank.

app and website are almost always down. I have my act set to never overdraft. during one of the outages I had 3 things come through totaling $27, I had no way to know my act. was overdrawn. I was charged $114 overdraft fees. The bank manger has not called me back bout a resolution If I knew my acct was neg. it would have been corrected the app wont work. I have no way to keep up with my finances when they have issues. If Nbbank sees this review please resolve the money taken and fix the app 😞

I've tried to cash around a dozen or so checks, and I have MAYBE gotten 1 to go through without being declined. Theres never a reason behind the declined checks either. I just have to keep trying in vain until i get frustrated enough to go in person to deposit a check.

Today for some reason that app is responding an just updated it an still keeps popping up this thing it having problems an disk is full an I cleaned me my phone. An I like that app because its inconvenient so I dont have to call my bank to see what I have. The app is useful cause I'm on disability to.

It's great when it's working. This past week it won't open when I click on it. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled, and that seemed to fix it. But now it's not working again. When I click on it, it goes to the logo, then nothing. I had to put a shortcut to the website on my homescreen so I can check my balance

I keeps saying can't identify credentials and then I have to call reset password. also removed my name from the login of my joint account. Its hard to access even though I set up fingerprint that doesn't work says can't verify but everything else I use outside this app works fine.

Absolutely awful, it kicked my husband out multiple times woth no way to log back in or reset it. It keeps saying I don't have network connectivity, even though I have good wifi, service and mobile data. Ever since I downloaded the app i have had nothing but problems out of it

I got the Samsung galaxy s22+ and the app won't even load for me to log in to see anything. It works fine on my 5 year old phone but it won't work on this new one. Please fix.

Purchased new Samsung Galaxy S22 installed app multiple times. Will not work. Called branch office and was informed that the phone is not compatible with app. Give me a break! Been a customer since 2005. Better do another update or you'll lose me.
