Horrible app. Enough to make me go to Verizon. This app is continuously unable to login or send you in an endless loop. I try to go to the store and it sends me to the business sign-in. I try to sign-in and it tells me I need to be invited and kicks me out. Just wanted to upgrade my phone. Guess that won't be happening. Says it sends a code and doesn't. Try to view bill and it goes into constant loop. Don't bother with the app. T-Mobile flooding reviews with one word reviews that are fake.

This app is trash. The SyncUp Kids app was moved to T-Life and I have issues after issues. Every time I open the app, my child's watch isn't on the app. I have to force close the app and re-open it. Every. Time. Even if I have no apps open, the watch won't show up until I force close and reopen. App is always glitching, takes forever in between clicks, etc. It's pushing me to get rid of my service plan all together and move elsewhere. And I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. So frustrated.

A little more functional than it was initially, but combining Tuesdays and the old T-Mobile app was a DUMB idea. Every time I open it from my Tuesday notifications, it spins and I see a blank screen. Every time! Not sure whose idea this rebrand/redesign were, but they should consider a different career path. They clearly are not good at UI and app design. Nothing worse than screwing up functional and user-friendly apps. At least fingerprint security works for the first time in at least a year.

Love the idea that everything is consolidated into 1 app but it is frustrating when nothing works properly. I cleared cache and data. I I installed and reinstalled and I will be able to get into my bill (which is so confusing now). TmobIle Tuesday doesn't even load up for me anymore. For the past 3 weeks, it keeps saying "There's a glitch in the system, we're working on it. Please check back later." Going back to separate apps and having everything work would be best IMO.

If Tmobile is on your radar for phone providers, take it off the list. The T life app never loads, and when it does it's full of coupons for companies or products that are so far away from you they don't even have franchises in your state! Let alone the fact they grouped the bill pay option as well in T life now so it's not mandatory. If it were easy I'd switch to Verizon.

Bloated and buggy. Opens to black screen and has to be restarted almost as often as it opens properly. I only have this app because it's the only way to control my router. I miss when T-Mobile Tuesdays was a separate app and had worthwhile discounts. Free pizzas from decent places and a year of ad-free Pandora were worth it. 10 cents off shell gas, and some bread sticks from Little Caesars are not.

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It's bloated, slow, log one are spotty as in they will log you out or get hung in a log in loop. I was in app, logged in, went to do a phone trade in and they asked to log in again, which of course fails. I always just use the website now as this app is unusable. Same canned answer from Devs. This is still a bloated slow app with many issues and reinstalling, clearing cache, whatever they recommend won't fix it.

Please fix the bugs with the home internet side. I can't do anything that I'm supposed to be able to do because it's always "unable to load" I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can't set limits on my household like I used to. It consistently says that there are not devices connected to the internet, or just says it can't load.

Just here in case anyone else is as gullible as me and sees the current "offer" with UpSkillist for a "free" 3 month trial. Save yourself the time and effort. It's not free.. each and every course I looked into (at least 6, maybe 7) has "course resources" you have to purchase in order to pass the course. So basically, unless you have/are willing to spend the $ asked for, this supposed "offer" is useless. You're very welcome.

I had to redo my review. The update initially worked. Now, I can no longer get the scam section to work any longer. Just endlessly spins with no ability to block or register as a scam. Cleared app cache, and still a problem. When i try to report a number using scam shield, i get the endless pink spinning circle. I would see this from time to time on the separate app they're deleting, but I could always still block a number.
