2021-09-14	Mike Reitmajer	Cons: No vibrate setting; it's either muted or uses a notification sound. Can't receive attachments; pictures and even contact cards come in as "attachment" that look like a URL, which when opened, prompts a download of a file you can't do anything with. Had to switch default messenger to the native app, download a contact card, and then switch back to Enterprise. Pros: None. I only use this because it's required on my work phone, but because of the notifications issue, I have to keep half an eye on it all the time or turn up the sound.
2021-08-09	Ian Garoutte	Worst messaging app ever. Half the time it won't send a new text, half the time I click on a message and it opens a completely different message, half the time the notifications works. Absolute nightmare to use.
2021-05-28	Dan Donnelly	I hate this app. The lightest touch when scrolling through messages selects a message and then the UI loses its mind. Would not recommend.

2021-03-02	Eddie Work	Can't use GIF's. Can't download/save images to your phone. This app is worse than what came with the phone. Required by work. Needs customization options like dark mode & backgrounds.
2021-02-16	Sara Marie	Must restart phone and app periodically, notifications just stop. Even though I have it set to send reminders every 2 minutes if there's an unread message there are weekly issues with not getting messages until I open the app manually. I need this app for work and when on call am required to answer off hours so when this happens it actually affects my work. Horrible app but unfortunately I'm not able to use another.
2021-01-20	Joel Walenza-Slabe	Changing my old one star review to a new one star review with my latest complaint of this half baked app. Cannot view my messages, wants me to sign up or activate even though I've been using it on this phone for a year. So I get the activation code via SMS and enter it, to which the app states that I can't be identified as a sprint customer. But of course I am, it's my company phone, and everything works except this app. So rating one star until the rating system changes to allow 0 stars.
2020-07-05	Ben Flippo	Terrible experience with this app the last month or so. It crashes after 2-5 messages. I would stop using it, but it is required business app.
2020-06-30	James Holman	Last update made my list of conversations really tiny and unable to change font size. Also message text only has 3 smaller sizes to choose from.
