You must log in every time you try to use this app. Login information is not saved, so you have to type it in each and every time. Technical support is email from a bot. When you touch the support link, it takes you to a query to ask where to share the information. There is no place to change your password in the app. Once you have set a password, you have to log into tithly (not the app) into their "giving page" to select "change password". Then you must have a pin to complete it. Good Luck!
