It's childhood time the game is fun.but can you fix the glitch or something like that

The game is great but when you go to play it the second time it puts you in a pink sky thing and your skin changes and you just keep falling. Does anyone know what this is and could possibly help me please? If not could you please fix this bug? If it gets fixed I will rate five stars because its an amazing game. But the dinos keep needing things and being untamed every 2 minutes and could you just give us energy all day long please? And I keep seeing the same dinos over and over again.
