| 2025-02-03 |  | | The app now won't load my matches and won't show my chats; the loading symbol just spins and spins. 🤦 It also won't expand profiles. I can see a new profile in my deck and can click through all of the pics but if I try to expand the profile the app goes into a weird state. I switched devices and after two uses of the app being fully functional, the app went into the same weird state described above. 👎👎👎 |

Besides that, great! ... if you're looking for sex workers, scams, or defunct, out of use, abandoned accounts. Tinder's algorithm works such that you might as well swipe right on everyone and see if anything sticks. But you'll still only get abandon accounts, scams, and sex workers. So basically a gargantuan waste of time. |
| 2025-01-31 |  | | I subscribed for the weekly rate and would like to change it to monthly bit cannot figure out how as the app only shows the option to upgrade. In an attempt to get info tried to submit a support request however it also provided impossible as I can only choose from a list of issues and this issue isn't on the list. It's really messed up to lead people only to the option to pay more instead of having a "change subscription" option. It should illegal honestly. I have neen forced to cancel. |

Furthermore, they clearly push your profile out more to people outside of your filters when you're not subscribed to one of their many egregious subscriptions, that way you'll purchase one. Additionally, they inundate the subscription space, so it's never clear what you're subscribing to. |

When I drag a picture backwards, I expect the app to insert that picture into the spot I drag it to, then move all the pictures in front of it forward by exactly one spot. Instead, what happens is pictures just swap places, or multiple pictures in a row will swap into the same position in a different row, or something else random and unhelpful. Also, in the bottom sheets where you answer questions, the checkmark needs to stay fixed at the top. |
| 2025-01-18 |  | | Thieves! I bought a gift card which got me one month of Gold. All of a sudden, my images disappeared off the app and I couldn't use any Gold features. I emailed the company over 20 times during the month and they kept telling me to do things I'd already done and never fixed the issue. The membership expired and everything started working again. Now the company refuses to give me anything to make up for their error. Impossible customer service that will do nothing if you use gift cards. |

They also gave me a warning for nudity but none of my pictures were removed and none of them have nudity in them. And because contacting customer service is nearly impossible, I wasn't able to get any clarification on that. To top it all off, they deleted my account without warning (no email, no notification, nothing). |

I don't even know if I actually liked the person at all.... dumb. There is also a star on the page for a super like can we just use that... Please fix this! I do however love the way the pages are setup easy to navigate and target what I'm looking for. |

| 2025-01-14 |  | | Pay to use now, constant ads, constantly wanting you to upgrade, boost, or spend money. Also,all the prices have gone up so much. Just use facebook dating. It is so much better, and everything that is paid on here is free there. Even with paying for platinum, I thought it would make a huge difference, but I got the same results with/without platinum. No one is paying for it, so just get the basic and be patient. |
