I reached out to let them know about the issue, and they went above and beyond to make it right! They compensated me with 2 extra pieces of chicken, 1 rice, and 3 huge gravies. Honestly, I felt like I didn’t deserve all that, but wow—next-level customer service! Thanks for turning things around so impressively!
