It has helped me to a great extent till now. The professionals are really helpful and they know their work. But the only thing that prevents me from giving 5 star is the response time... And I don't blame it on the professionals at all... They are doing their best... It might be because there are way too much caseload per professional... So if it can be solved, it might be the best app to get help...
