2025-01-28	Darian Carter-Pace	App stops tracking progress right when you win a reward. I'm still waiting to hear back from support after completing a game and a timed challenge (for which the prize was $200). App tracked progress up until that point. Now they've loaded the points for finishing the game but not for beating the time challenge. (Which was difficult and i stayed up late multiple times to do). Please fix it!!
2025-01-26	Terrance Griffin	This app is a scam. I played the games & spent cash money on in-game tokens to expedite progess. After hitting my $10 reward limit, I requested my money. It never came and the app stopped working. I couldn't collect any more tokens. I emailed support and they say "It appears your account was flagged by our anti-fraud system and is actively under review by our gaming partners. Until it's approved again cashouts are prohibited." Don't waste your time or money on this app or the games.
2025-01-25	Rebecca Carlyle	1/16/25 - Has issues. Cashed in rewards that I never received & then the app stopped working. Can't get customer support to respond to help fix any of this! 1/25/25 - It's been well over a week since cashing in rewards and still have not received them! Got an email stating fraudulent activity, (seen this has happened to others as well) they are checking into it. Like really, so instead of paying out you claim this so you don't have to! What a joke, don't waist your time with this app. Scam!!!
2025-01-23	Rich Mariscal	Waste of time. Customer support doesn't respond at all, not paying out, games disappear under "my games", and more. Also not paying out for in-app purchase promos. Update - Support got back to me and issued missing credits. I also cashed out my first reward and got it within a few hours.

2025-01-21	Alison Doughty	It would be 5 stars but I have 3 games installed on my phone 2 of which I've installed because of this app and it is not allowing me to earn points from the games I just installed... I have already allowed this app permissions needed and it is still not working... a little upset that the app is not doing what it is designed to do.
2025-01-21	Teresa Wade	I've been emailing them about my payment; haven't heard back. I checked my spam, tried the links on their FAQ page, tried the link that referred me to Tango and used Tango's live chat. They requested a referral id which I haven't received...yet, hopefully I will. Maybe I'll here back from someone from this comment. I seen so many great reviews and now I'm not having the same experience. My app doesn't even allow me to see my progress any longer. I'll update my review if I get my payment.
2025-01-16	Steffanie Byrnes	This app has great options for games and decent payouts. 75 percent of the time, the games don't give track of your gaming. I have had three games not record anything. I had to already contact support. I am unemployed right now and want a few extra bucks. I play games on this app to get paid, not for pleasure. Get your system fixed and this would be a great app. At this point, I am going to delete it as soon as I can cash out the amount I have now.
2025-01-15	Marie	***UPDATE : til now had nothing negative to say...5 star service..they've been quick to respond & always gave missing credits with no problems...now...they're service/responses are questionable....I emailed them right before the Christmas break..got the automated message...so no worries. Kept playing all my games...they returnrd to work the 3rd or 4th....so in that time I had a few more tracking issues...so sent another message with all the info and screenshots they'll need....waiting
2025-01-13	Rose Lea Fichtner	I like this app. the games are good, rewards are usually given quickly. When I wrote to support for help no one ever got back to me. I wrote 3x and still waiting. I don't know if I will stay since they don't have a support system. I have finally gotten an email to say they will get in touch with me after the weekend They say very busy answering emails because of the holidays We will see..
