Got to be one of the worst apps I've ever used. Always is not responding or having connection issues. Glad I wasted 300 dollars. Had it for 2+ years. Been over a year since I've used them, and I see nothing has changed. JUNK. My internet is the best it gets along we with router so can't use that as an excuse.

Ha, has never worked correctly. Have had it for 2 years and I continue to try. Change the batteries, charge it up, try to get connected. NOT. And silly support will just give a canned response to my problem, same one I read on all other bad reviews. Defy them to find one that works every time. The trick is to develop a tool that works EVERY time, not sporadically. Like a hammer, my car, my smoker, my oven - and oh yeah the other food thermometer I bought that works every time. DO NOT BUY THIS
