You have to sign up for premium in order to get Verification codes which is the whole reason why I got this app while my regular phone is off due to not being able to pay it. I got the free ph# but won't sign up for free service and goes straight to premium choices. The instructions are not clear or is there a page for free sign-up. Very disappointed with the advertising and how it downloads apps into my phone Without my permission also plays really loud. Advertisement that I cannot turn off after I hang up the phone I understand you need to place advertising in your app. To pay The bills, but this is excessive. I'm thinking about switching to another app soon. If you folks do not change this deceptive. Irritating irritating advertising practice . |

This app lets you and sign up was super easy plus not a bunch of spam notifications over nothing. Tge text seem very reliable and the phone worked better than most so thank you. It was a lifesaver in a tough spot. |
| 2024-12-27 |  | | This app is pretty good! The few version does not cut your call and go into an ad like text now does, I really appreciate that! The only issue I'm having is is not drawing over other apps so I have to open the app before answering calls or it won't answer. I've changed my settings so it should draw over but doesn't. I would of given 4 ☆ if not for that issue. Other then that is a great free line! |

As my first few calls were completely unsuccessful. There's NOTHING free about this app. What a scam. No, you can't have my credit card info! Btw, why do you need to record my calls in order for the app to work? That's none of your freaking business what I talk about. What are you going to do with my recorded calls, "Freetone"? Seriously, answer that question. |

I never used Wi-Fi because of a history of (very targeted) security issues. However, those negatives were FAR outweighed by the issue I just discovered yesterday. Apparently, mg ex-husband was able to BLOCK my use of this app almost totally (including receiving calls from our son's school) after he learned the app phone number. And it looks like there's no support |
| 2024-09-18 |  | | The app was great before the last 2 updates, but now it's filled with bugs and glitches. My read messages still shows up as unread no matter how many times I open it but the worst thing is that the ads get stuck and cover half the screen, the messages disappear and the keyboard will disappear. Im really disappointed in the downgrading of this app. Now the app doesn't work at all. R.i.p. |
| 2024-07-23 |  | | UPDATE: It was confusing, but it took a long time to figure out how to save contact name. AND, it takes a lil more effort to figure out how to save pix. BUT, I LOVE the option to color coordinate texts. Which is helpful for my business. However, its not showing a notification dot on the icon, even though I have that option turned on. Which isn't huge, but I guess I've gotten acclimated to that feature. |
| 2024-07-12 |  | | OMG the ads are so intrusive. For the quality of the app, the service so not worth subscribing to get rid of the ads. As well as seriously? 2 ads when you open the app, 2 ads to make a call/text and then 2 more ads when the call/text is done/sent? All you need is a stationary ad on your apps homepage since you don't offer video calling. When I find another service I'm definitely switching to them !!! |
