Already requested a refund via the website. I hope they get back to me soon. Update: Still waiting for my refund - support asks me different screenshots and video recording which I have already sent them but they play fool about my refund. |

Additionally, the interface is pretty clumsy, IMHO. I was charged $59.99. I requested a refund but I was turned down. I didn't see a way to cancel the subscription either. Avoid, I'd say. |
