Sucks so bad. The Ticketmaster link always get stuck a spiral when trying to accept/transfer tickets. Ticketmaster is the Xfinity/Comcast of tickets. Everyone knows they o overcharge and suck, but you're forced to use them. Can't wait for somebody else to make a better app.

The new student ticket system is terrible. They made the process much more convoluted. You have to search around in the app to find the "Rocky Top Rowdies" link buried in a sub-menu (why not name it something more intuitive like "student tix"?) I have to create a new password every single time I log in to Rocky Top Rowdies. To purchase the tix, you then have to log into a 3rd system, Ticketmaster, which shows that I have no tix to purchase even tho I was selected and the purchase window is open.
