It would seem the app has an excessive crashing problem, Samsung Galaxy recommended putting the app in deep sleep. 💤💤 Prompted to upgrade to the latest app version today, hoping for improvement... but now it's even worst. Now, the app crashes before you are even able to login.

This application is very disappointing. I have logged in using the correct credentials, gained access, but was then logged out again with a notification stating "session ended" and "data mismatch." Why has there been an increase in charges without prior confirmation? Are you attempting to monopolize? Furthermore, your Telkomsel signal is extremely poor, which is unacceptable for a state-owned company. If there were a zero-star option, I would give it!

Everything about this app is bad, useless points , laggy app, unstable connection. when I login, it just gives me no data is found and I apparently have no indihome number so I can't complain about my wifi not working,now it wants me to use mytelkomsel.so, I download it but I can't login because my account didn't exist??? I tried using my email , no luck then I try to use my phone number still nothing , then I use my indihome number , which I can't because my wifi is broken . Good job everyone
