| 2024-07-28 |  | | Makes working remotely a breeze. Please add a canned responses option for SMS replies. Would be helpful. And if you can make a CLOSE TICKET option that would be even better so we can mark what SMS was already taken care ín cases where there are multiple reps. Update 11.24.23 All those features were jusr added to the desktop version which is GREAT! Please add it to the mobile app so we can it work properly for a mobile/desk hybrid employee. Please also add a auto reply message for text messages. |

| 2021-07-22 |  | | Working from home has been a real challange with this app. Calls drop while I am talking to clients and tge app shows missed calls that were never recieved (phone does not ring). When the calls do go through the clients can never hear me clearly. Extremely stressful. I find myself having to use my own phone just to avoid the stress of this app. |
