| 2024-12-30 |  | | The app isn't smooth... having a lot of trouble watching videos, when you swipe right or left all the videos slide to one end and you can't click and watch the middle videos because it won't stop sliding... terrible experience... please developers improve the app and make it reliable and practical just like the talks that are exceptional. I cannot believe how can this precious content which can change and improve anyone's life for free. I don't why people don't use this app even after all these things. Hats off to u guys. | 2024-09-30 |  | | Disappointed. Been a fan of TED for a long time. Each update, however, the app loses a feature and is laggier, clunkier and glitchier. **EDIT Sept 30, 2024** App no longer works. It crashes as soon as I try to play any video. Hopefully for another update to fix issues, otherwise will delete. 🙁 |

It needs to be the cheap if not free. This app seems to be advertising the app I'm looking for. It could be my understanding. Of what I just downloaded and how to access. But then again that falls under user experience issues. I am mostly a (Hands-On learner>or= passive learning) I would rather not have passive learning.. |

As soon as I left a review, it started working again. 5 Stars... unless you make this app not work just so we leave reviews and in that case, I'll change this to 4 stars. --- No longer plays any videos. It doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or cellular. VPN or no VPN. It refuses to play videos. I can play TED videos on YouTube without issue but this app refuses to work anymore. Too bad. |

If you don't swipe juuuust right youll either have a hard time advancing because it keeps springing back, or youll zip past the one you want. If theres any diagonal movement at all just say goodbye to where you were cuz now your scrolling miles away from whatever you were trying to look at. Searches dont yield very good results either. |
| 2023-11-10 |  | | TED itself is great. Love the content and the fact you can like or save content for later. This app is just a buggy mess. Sometimes, it won't navigate back after pushing the back button and then in quick and glitchy succession take you back. I utilize the unsave button to remove talks from my saved list as I watch them (I've removed some multiple times over the last year) but each time I close the app and come back they are still there. Please fix! |

The app won't navigate after a few thumb clicks and once a video has started, it doesn't seem to let me pause the video, switch to another video, or do anything else except scroll up and down on the screen. I'd give a higher rating if the app was more touch responsive. |
