Amazing app for daily routine, Some information is out of ayurvedic treatment or routine like having a cold/luke warm bath Is bad for health eat beef & Pork Non veg , weetc.... But An amazing app with good Intentions & UI,UX 👍 Please add small GIF yoga poses or excercises for better understanding.
