| 2023-12-17 |  | | While the range of restaurants is good, the delivery is extremely poor and highly unreliable. 2 or 3 times this week, the delivery boy reached the location after 1 hour and 1hr30mins. Even after being assigned to the order within 15 mins. The call center is run by a couple of kids who are probably friends with the delivery boys and have no idea what's going on. The app itself is very basic. It shows things like if things have been picked up or order has been accepted but no tracking. |
