And why, for the love of god, don't you allow us to use TOTP via a QR code? 1Password is a much better option. Lastly, why not allow us to add security keys (Yubikey) as a verification method? It is infinitely better than your app. |

| 2024-09-27 |  | | I'm in Germany trying to access my bank account. Accessing funds from another country can be stressful. Using a dysfunctional app enhances that stress. I have a DATA ONLY plan here in Germany. How the hell am I supposed to receive a call or text? This app and TD login is anything but 'one-time access code'. After ten + tries, I gave up and had to switch to data roaming to get a code. And they wonder why we are so abusive when we deal with customer service reps. Get it together, TD! |
