I paid for a few days and they promised battery replacement, but you have to contact them yourself to replace, and they are not answering. So now I paid for a bike that is locked and I cannot use. Biggest scam ever. Edit: scammed me again by asking for more money! Will never use again. Beware!! |

| 2024-06-19 |  | | Had an account with credit on it and had take a few rides before. The app had not auto updated so opening it left me with "connection error". When I manually updated I had to login again, my credentials didn't work, so my account with credit was gone. Attempting to make an account via Google login is met with "server error". Not a reliable app and one I've lost money to. Not okay. |
