Tata play Fiber customer support team is worthless and waste team I have ever seen. I am one of the long timer using this service for more than 15 years. Stupid team didn't resolve my issue even after 11 days. These mindless stupid team doesn't know the policies and don't know how to resolve issues. I always hear different opinions for same issue without solution. Soon these guys will lose the customer base & hope a few other customers also facing like this . Welcome to Tata Play Fiber downfall.

I had recently purchased the 3 month 100mbps prepaid plan and relocated in a few days. Site engineer gave a visit and claimed that the new address was unservicable. Due to which I had to request closure of the service. The coe was collected, but post that the refund is not getting processed as they claim that it is a non refundable plan. As a customer I am highly dissatisfied with the experience and would never recommend anyone going through with Tata play fiber.

Keeps updating so often, but no improvements. Everytime internet is unavailable, I try opening this app, and it keeps updating... Looks like the app is not for the customers but customers and our cellular networks are for this app

I think app testing not done properly Select raise request then select technical issues.. press android back button again select raise request technical issue menu will be disappear. Second issue not able to upload screenshot of error Limited options in raise request

The number of areas it's present in is very low. No expansion. Took a connection and paid for 6month plan. Once when I moved about 4-5kms they said that it's not available in the new area and didn't refund a penny from the 6month plan

Best network but worst customer support. I have been awaiting resumption of internet service at my new address. Tata Play discontinued internet connection within half an hour of submitting relocation request, but they are unable to provode connection at my new address even after 5 days. The field staff is absolutely pathetic, lethargic and lazy. Despite explaining my urgency their response is quite casual and slow.

First of all, they will not extend the internet for even a day. The internet speed is not good, their router is Nokia's whose radiation affects the body, I disconnected my plan

I literally hate this app, What is the use to recharge if the otts are not activated, neither do you give compensation neither willing to resolve it asap, Worst customer service, I am second guessing my choice to go with you as a provider

Tata play fiber have come up with a cunning strategy to force sell expensive plans which has worthless OTTs. They have stopped selling older plans which had only data service. This shameless business strategy. I am going to cancel my subscription with tata.

Residing in Bengaluru, I am experiencing persistent and unacceptable Wi-Fi service disruptions every weekend. Despite numerous support tickets, the problem remains unresolved. Currently, Sunday, service has been restored after a two-hour outage, highlighting the network's unreliability. Since Morning, the network goes off and on.
