Any reasonable person will rather look up the rule they forgot in the manual that came with their game or download the PDF from the publisher or BGG, which is why this greedy milkingware has been uninstalled. As for tutorials or rules questions, buying 'Tabletop Simulator' on PC and the modules for your games (or their digital editions) is cheaper than renting ad infinitum, and Vassal Engine et al are free.
