Where do I even begin. I've been buying gift cards for years and checking balance online. Now I have to download an app to do that, but the App store link on the page doesn't work and there is only a QR code. How can my phone camera view it's own screen? I should not have to download an image to install the app. After finding the app in store and installing it requires your phone number to use, not a chance. I only wanted to check my balance. Your tech team just like you a 5 car customer. Bye
