Horrible customer service. Understand that the order was delayed due to bad weather (which is absolutely fine), however a lack of status updates and the lack of a response from the customer service team is unacceptable. Was left on read for hours on end. There was no response and the conversation ended an by auto-generated response.

I think it's good to have more options in terms of food delivery platforms to provide a healthy competition, however Beepit is just bad. I have two bad experiences, with the recent one the worst. Really loads of improvement to be done.
