I thought that this will work on chrome browser. But itself it is a browser. Ok. But some feature, like google web sign in web page, is not opening.

Not a browser extension it's a stand alone browser completely separate from any other browser on your phone. It doesn't work on any other apps either unlike the article that brought me to the app said it did.
