| 2024-12-31 |  |  | Extremely laggy. Doesn't let me sign in with biometrics. Most of the time doesn't load my cards and my balance. Takes forever to load the Order page, and even so, stucks again at the checkout. App needs a big overhaul tbh |

| 2024-07-27 |  | | Bug, Overcharged & Bad customer service. My place is 500m from the store but the app shows 6.85km and charged me a lot for delivery. The app order is not cancelable. Called the hotline for support, unavailable (weekend). Contacted the fanpage then they asked me to contact the store via phone. The store couldn't offer any help. In the end, the fanpage offer a simple apology with NO REFUND and ask me to use other app (Grab) to order. What's the point of even having this app?? |
