| 2025-01-28 |  |  | The app has just been updated and now doesn't register stars earned on the app or at the till. Also, the items you can earn is misleading - shows a picture of a breakfast item you can't claim with your stars.... |
| 2025-01-25 |  | | Need the option to save your coffee preference as when you change coffee it resets the drink and you have to select everything again. There is an option to save milk, size and shots but not coffee!! Surely this can be implemented to make ordering faster |

| 2025-01-23 |  | | Worst app I've ever used. So glitchy. Only let's me add one favourite store, even though I follow the instructions to set up multiple. Also doesn't save my drink customisations. Trying to save a payment method, kept telling me I'd entered incorrect information even though I had auto-populated my correct card details. On the third attempt to save the same details, it went through. Took me half an hour just to set up the basics because of glitches. Left me feeling grouchy. Thanks Starbucks! |
| 2025-01-16 |  | | I've had this app for a few years now & there is ALWAYS a problem when I go to any Starbucks. It doesn't remember I asked it to use biometrics the last time. I have to log in, it takes an ages & then doesn't recognise my password which I make a point of writing down because it's so often refuses to let me in. In recent days I've again tried to reset the password. However the link has not been sent to my email, no it's not in my junk. Time to delete & goto Costa where my app works every time. |

Hey Starbucks, people don't always want to open your clunky, slow and clumsy app to reach their rewards QR code when they're in the queue in store. Get with the times. |
| 2025-01-02 |  | | The app is better of late, probably because it's now an option to not store card details. The functionality to see and use rewards is more robust. The main issue I have is that it always seems to be logged out when I need to use it and logging in with store WiFi can take an incredibly long time at the head of the queue! |

| 2024-12-31 |  | | Never opens, never loads or will open sign you out and then not let you back in. I have lost so many reward points because it's not worked when I'm at the counter. I've uninstalled and reinstalled too many times and it still doesn't work |
| 2024-12-19 |  | | App works well and i like collecting the rewards but I wish it didn't sign you out though when close the app. I find myself not using the app when paying as i have to sign in again especially of there is a queue behind me. Lots of people have mentioned this problem yet its still à problem |
