I tried to sign up but after I tapped on the final Accept button the app went on an infinite loop of crash and restart (without closing the app) so I closed it manually, tried again and told me the email was already registered, checked my email, nothing, so I tried to log in and it goes on to the crashing-closing but not closing rant loop again, finally a message appears telling me I am trying to acces my account so they've sent an email to confirm?, checked email, nothing. |

Tried to restart the app or even tried different cards, still got the same error. Also who design your UX? Is just horrible. Neither the front or the back end works properly. |

This app should not have been released with those crashes in there, come on Starbucks, hire a company that can implement better apps. UPDATE: I cannot use the app because it shows that I need to update and I go to the store and it says my phone is not supported. They don't take into account older OS versions on their upgrade plan, really bad experience! |

At some point I get logged out, then when trying to log in, I get the message "something has gone wrong" and I won't be able to pass this If I try to update, it'll download and then I get the message "can't install this app" Then I delete the app and try again to install If I'm lucky I'll be able to install but frequently if I don't restart the phone it won't install. Then try to log in again, sometimes I'll be able to log in, but not always. Otherwise I'll wait a few days |
