I've started spending a lot less money here because of this as I have been frequenting other coffee shops with lower prices and better rewards. |

Second it's stupid they make you "reload" instead of just letting you pay with a card like every other online ordering. It lets me order coffee my way. If only you could default orders to drive through for pickup and adjust the auto reload threshold value anywhere from say 1 dollar on up, it would be 5 stars. I hate autoreload when I can still afford another of my usuals. |

In the last couple of months, however, customers and I have seen issues with reloading gift cards, not being able to use their birthday rewards the day of, as well as no option to use multiple cards for the Moblie pay. If these issues were resolved, I'd happily give them 4 stars. (3.5 out of 5) |
