And it's not just me, even a Starbucks server commented themselves the other day how long the app takes to load with a hint of regret. Apart from that, a good app and worth using. |

| 2024-10-03 |  | | Today is the 3rd of October. The app the last two weeks and this will not let me add money to my account. I loved that I could add money to my Starbucks app and preorder a coffee, collect it without queuing up during work hours. Now, as I cannot upload money to my Starbucks app despite having money in my bank account I don't go to Starbucks. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it a few times hoping this would fix the issue but it has not. I have deleted cachés from the app no help |

There was a queue behind me and it was absolutely annoying.m when trying to find the login, saving with a passcode and biometrics. What's the point of these? There are apps out there that retain this info. With the amount they charge from customers you'd expect a better app. |
| 2024-07-29 |  | | For a few months it seems, they've been "working" to improve this app, but as a result the app requires me to sign in each time I open it and to add my security settings (passcode, biometrics). It also doesn't allow me to repeat previous orders for click and collect, so I have to go through the options each time for that also. For me, the app is the thing that keeps me walking past several competitors, but recently I've just found it easier to use the likes of Nero (their app works). |
| 2024-07-12 |  | | This app is constantly having issue, it signs you out and then doesn't recognise your password even though it's entered correctly, then you have to make a new one and it says its doesn't recognise that one or it won't even allow you to access the change password page due to some unknown error, Starbucks please fix your app and debug it so I stay logged in, The app worked perfectly before the most recent update |
