Sadly, German app can only be used for reloading the card but it's impossible to pay or redeem rewards. I hope, we will see the reinvention of this app very soon!!! |

Before, points were at least loading when logging off and on again, but now, not even that is working anymore, and I can't log on again to access my account. SB shops in train stations often are not part of the SB group, won't accept the app or card Edit: Depending on app update or OS update the payment screen loads incorrectly. Annoying when a reboot of the device doesn't remedy the problem. Very annoying when standing in front of the waiting cashier, with a growing line of impatient other customers behind me. |
