| 2024-11-11 |  | | This is the most absurd app I have ever tried to use. It is a perfect example of security theater. It won't allow you to use VPNs or password managers. It won't even allow you to take screenshots or circle to search for translations. This means people are more likely to use easy to crack passwords on unsecured networks. 🙄 It's also hostile to foreigners since we can't translate the app at all. For context, the Korean banking apps aren't this locked down. Allow circle to search at least! |

If you have gift cards, you'll need to go to a Starbucks location so that THEY can register them on the app with THEIR in-store scanner. It's a ridiculous waste of time. I'm (fairly) fluent in Korean, but even my husband (a native Korean) couldn't figure out how to register them. So if you keep getting a message that says something like 유효하지 않은 카드 then good luck to you... ㅠㅜ |

You need to offer translation for the whole app in other languages, even though it's in Korea, so foreigners will be able to use it easily. I would use it daily if that was the case. Terrible app because of this. |

No cream cheese for the bagel. I took it all back to the counter and left. Starbucks outside of Korea are always good, but Starbucks Korea is really bad and a waste of hard-earned money. |
