Terrible Experience This app has been a nightmare. I couldn’t log in with my credentials, so I had to pay insurance premium via Paytm. Even though the agent confirmed the payment haven't received, I’m still facing issues. I emailed Star Health, but no resolution yet. My insurance expires in March 2025, and I paid on December 17, 2024 yet, this app has only caused trouble. Extremely frustrating and poorly managed.

The worst insurance I have ever taken. I had an insurance for my mom with star health. It was a 3 year policy and payment was done quarterly. Last year my mom had an accident. When I applied for the claim, they said, to get claim, I have to pay full premium amount. So I paid the amount. Even after that, they rejected the claim. So I applied for the cancellation. It took 2 month for the cancellation of policy. But yet , I haven't got the refund until today. So don't take this insurance.
