Things break after updates. Especially in the alarm system firmware (device - vendor: vesta - made loud sounds at irregular times, preferably at night, was replaced and updated without success but then no more sounds at all, then replaced with a different model, this all took 6 months). Then the app made problems (login "with special characters" stopped working after update). At least that was a fixed quickly. So far had a very disappointing and annoying overall experience (device and app).
