Cashapp used to be great to have. Until the latest update they made. No the verification section of the app doesn't work! So the app doesn't work as it should. You are not able to send cash or bitcoins to anyone. Because you can't do the identity verification! Which not even the customer service department can fix the software issues or do the id verification for a person's account!

Cash App has been a problem for me for several years! They changed my account type, they have closed my account without reasonable explanation, I lost substantial amounts of funds, I lost investments in stocks my personal financial information has been compromised, stolen and lost ! All without acceptable resolution! Cash App shows NO concern for my losses and Cash App has never resolved anything for me in all these years! I'm done with Cash App!
