Ticketmaster, where I got my event tickets was a total parking ripoff. SpotHero has been easy, friendly and straightforward to use, and has reasonable prices and fees! (The total charge for parking with SpotHero was less than *just the fees* Ticketmaster wanted to charge in addition to their parking cost!) |

Payment easy to arrange. The only thing is if you need a receipt, the garages don't provide them, so get it from your payment vendor. |

Which was cheaper than I got from the app. Complained about it to the app was told I was wrong. Asked my cc to appeal and got denied. So if you want to pay more than the going rate, and be taken advantage of, then SpotHero is the way to go. |

The next morning when I went to the lot, I was instructed to get a ticket and at the end of the day, press the help button to be let out. The first week was burdensome, but whatever. It was cheap. But the next week or so the help button people became jerks. Then I emailed spothero and was promised my money back and have heard nothing. 😔 |

I purchased tickets to 3 months in advance. Thank you SpotHero, never going to use you again. Also, they made it so hard to refund this. Complete waste of time. Use this app with caution. |

On a recent occasion I had a problem with the parking lot being closed on arrival. SpotHero support was very helpful. They refunded my purchase and credited me the difference for the higher rate that I paid at the airport. |

My only complaint is that the app logged me out just when I needed to scan the qr code for my last exit from the garage. Fortunately no one was behind me and I was able to back up into a parking space to troubleshoot and get logged back in. |

When attempting to enter the garage, the system would not accept the scan saying that I was not registered. I attempted several times to rescan, hit the call button and got no response, and with a line of cars behind me had to pay with a regular ticket. Contacted their customer support, and received nothing but questions about whether I did it right. One would think they would know it was never used and refund the money |
