| 2019-07-19 |  | | Adding geo notification via kona app so costumers are notified when driver is aproching or within a reasonable range. So costumers could add last minute items, be rimded to leave out there kona bags out or simply opt out if they have are not available and or forgot to leave a bag out. This will decrease unnecessary stops improve route time and add peice of mind for all parties involved. adding an easy detailed instructuonal video for less tech savvy customers to learn said system |
| 2019-04-16 | | | Lots of bugs on the Android version (Apple version too). Bugs are fixable since I've had similar problems before that were fixed, but after contacting 3 different support members with no help from them I gave up and deleted this app from my phone. Prior to any updates/changes I would've given this app a five-star rating, however, since they won't help us with our problem and return the settings back to the perfectly good ones, I have to give them a 1 star rating for poor customer service. |
