2024-11-14	Seulbi Sorensen	I am trying to complete a research task. I have the staff members, enough supplies and funds but when I try to select "start research" nothing happens. It's been frozen in this state for at least two weeks. I have tried contacting Spil games multiple times and they have yet to give any help. A new research task has come up but I can't complete it because research is locked / frozen on the previous task.
2024-08-12	Rebecca Thwaites	Update: They did give me a refund for the purchase. It advertised that making a purchase would make the ads after each level go away. I thought $3 was fair since the game is fun and creative. But the game crashed when I tried to make the purchase. My credit card got charged, and there are still adds. I am considering contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Edit: They were prompt in they're reply, hopefully they help resolve this quickly. If so, I'll likely change my review.
2024-07-05	Amber	Disappointed in myself for wasting money on this game. Gameplay is good, but when you try to make a purchase to remove ads(any purchase is supposed to remove ads), the purchase goes through and you get a loading death loop. The loading never finishes, and you have to restart the game. But if you restart the game, it doesn't process that you made a purchase, so you still get ads. I made 2 purchases and I still get ads.
2023-08-28	Eliana Smith	It was okay. The surgeries were interesting, although repetitive. A lot of ads, which I could deal with, since they usually happened after a patient. I deleted it, though, and only give it a 2 star review because it had several windows to close just to play the game. On top of that, it isn't very intuitive to placing staff around the hospital. It was very frustrating, to the point where I didn't want it anymore.
2022-04-22	Nao Nite	Really fun, but there needs to be a lot more surgeries. I feel like all I am doing is collecting and spending money and changing staff around. There aren't enough surgeries and they aren't complex enough. Since this review, they have added a lot more things to the game so I started playing more. But with the addition of the HR office and the CV, the currency is not balanced. I have to spend 60k to get a basic personnel. If I get a duplicate I get 10 CV. But it costs 50 CV to get personnel.
2020-03-09	A Google user	I used to play this game a year ago, it was lovely. Since I've downloaded it again, the ads are ridiculous. So many ads you can't even play the game and nothing to purchase to get rid of the ads as i like the game enough to pay a couple of bucks to make it ad free. Just recently its also crashing every 2 minutes or so, impossible to play between crashing, long loading time, and ads. Super disappointing for such a fun game otherwise.
2020-01-19	A Google user	Really fun game, I like it a lot and I've been playing it for awhile. Need new surgeries. Should be more and different staff members for 2nd hospital. Cut down just a little on the ads so that every time I do one thing an ad doesn't pop up and then after the ad, my internet connection suddenly isn't good enough. Also, when is season 3 coming out? It's been "coming soon" for quite some time now. All in all, fun game, just a few points I think should be fixed.
2019-09-19	A Google user	Was good until I got to a point where "hard" and "very hard" surgeries are available. By the time you reach those, you know very well how to put stiches in. The game purposely gives you "x's" and forces a fail on you. It's a way to push for spending your resources to refresh what's needed for the mission which in turn increases the chances of someone purchasing more of those very things in the game. I understand needing support but forcing a fail to potentially meet that end? Nope. Uninstalled.
2019-09-08	A Google user	This is definitely a good app with great graphics & tasks. There's lots of different things to do so it doesn't really get boring. Everyone is right, it's hard to earn the money and points to do anything. The wait times are literally HOURS for a task. And you have to wait HOURS to earn money or points by watching ads. This app is good to play every once in a while since you have to wait so long. Other than that, great concept. There are other apps like this that you can probably switch to btwn
2019-08-31	A Google user	Very fun game the graphics are amazing! I'm a nurse so for me it reminds me of work that's what I love most about the app. But the reason I gave only 2 stars is because it keeps kicking me out in the middle of operations and when it reloads the stimina is gone from my staff and I lose rep! Which isn't fair since it's not my fault the game crashed and restarted. It happens allllllll the time thinking about deleting the app if it keeps on going like this!
