I can't login, when I try to login the app tells me that username and password is incorrect or the username doesn't match recorded user. What should I do

Google Play says I have to confirm the plan I resubscribed to but when I open the app, there are no plans to select. Same thing with their web site. If you are no longer streaming in the Philippines, then you should refund me.
