I have been struggling for almost 9 months to get in my bank account and reset my passcode. The online system keeps reading errors.

Recently, the app stopped allowing transfers. The date of the transfer can't be changed. It lights up in red and says" the date has passed" Even when you change date manually. The box still highlights in red. I may just uninstall it and go online. It's a waste of time.

I don't know what happened but can not pay my bills. Bill Pay app is not working!!! It keeps jumping back to "Bill Pay" whenever I try to insert the payment amount!!!!.. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the same thing is happening

It's cool, I don't see anything extraordinary about it. In fact, it never remembers my device even tho it asks me every time I log in. And when I enter my saved device name it says name already used or somn. Then, I have to enter my password EVERY TIME I log in like I'm not home 95% of my time and haven't seen a stranger in months.

I think the mobile app is great. the call in service is terrible. Terrible automated system. you'll be in the queue as number 1 and never get to speak to anyone. and if you opt to have SPFCU call you back, you'll never get a call back.

I have been a long time member of Securityplus FCU for well over 20 years. They are by far the best Credit Union that I have known. The staff are very helpful and professional. I must express my extreme level of appreciation and joy when dealing with both Mrs.Keisha Williams and Mrs.Regina Brooks. These women throughout the years have maintained such an exquisite level of professionalism while providing such a great service. I am proud and grateful to be a member.
