2024-09-29 | I've been using Spectora for several years now. It's very user friendly and easily customizable. I'm able to quickly take notes and edit photos during inspections. It allows easy payment and contract signing as well. It's well worth the price. I couldn't imagine using any other software. | ||

A couple of months ago, I got curious what else was out there, so I started looking at alternatives. It did not take me long to realize I already have the best software. 2024-06-04 | Other than having to upload the main photo, EVERYTIME. And the fact that you cannot attach a report to the BODY of the email other than a photo or link, this is a great product. I'm looking for an app that can allow me to attach a full page (pdf) to the body of the report. Frustration at it's finest. | ||
2024-05-29 | No longer works. I'm in the middle of an inspection and the app crashed. It won't load up anymore and just crashes every time on the loading screen. Edit: I finally got it to load back up and it wiped out my entire inspection. All pictures, comments, everything gone. If you like spending hours on an inspection just to have all your work erased, get Spectora | ||

2023-07-02 | The app is great when it actually works, unfortunately, it freezes all the time, won't save certain pictures, won't save certain information on the report, like important dates and such, and just recently the map function no longer works. When I consulted with tech support, they told me they aren't going to fix the map issue, and told me to download their new app. Well, their new app doesn't work with reports done on the old app. And around and around we go. 2022-12-10 | five star to a one star. For the past month there's been a glitch in the software that apparently affects new Samsung phones, I'm not alone. Long story short,I've gone through dozens of messages with support and ultimately they said I have to go to the new Beta app that's in development because they're not really supporting the old one anymore. Fine. So I move everything to the new app and I have the same issue. It literally without exaggeration makes the app 90% unusable. | ||
2022-12-05 | I lovED this app....past tense. I experienced a problem that makes the app nearly unusable. They said all the right things and that they were going to look into it. I reached back out to them and they told me they've received other reports about my model phone S22+ having problems. Then they mentioned that all of their developers were working on the new app....which is not out. In order to do my reports I need to use two phones and x2 time. It makes it unusable and they don't offer refunds. |
