When I get close to closing it out, I get a fake stuck message and a prompt for money or an ad to continue-- even though there are still spaces left. I no longer win any help tools to store for use, either, and haven't for a long time |

I decided fine it might keep me on my toes. But then the same ads repeated. Sometimes the ads would freeze and I had to close the game to get the ad unlocked. Whenever it started playing again, it didn't go back to where I was - it started over. Finally, I couldn't listen to music during ads. I'm over it... |

Even if you can still make moves the algorithm is to cheat you into watching ads to progress! It has completely gone down hill! I never minded a couple of ads but now it's out of control and they are longer ads as well! Who has time! Also, rewards never go up regardless of your level. It takes 20 levels to spin the wheel but when you get the same 5 pts. every spin it's disgusting! |

After about 24 hours of messaging back and forth with their contact support, I was able to enjoy the rewards and have the matter resolved! I do recommend this game for all those who love to play sorting and match 3 games! Thank you to Falcon games for the resolution to my problem and making a good game to play and enjoy. This is my personal experience |
| 2025-01-01 |  | | Last update brought intrusive ads. At level 910, absolutely loved the game. Ads weren't too intrusive, very reasonable for a "free" game. With this last update, mid-level an ad break pops up. I've had 5 to 30 second ads and then another 4 seconds for the level to resume. Meanwhile, my entire train of thought has derailed. Get back into a groove and anywhere from 90 to 120 seconds another forced break. Developer, save your canned response about the need for ads, this change is ridiculous. |

Someumes, the ads do not load for me to get the extra 60 seconds and I'll have to close out and restart that level over again. I reached out to the developers weeks ago and got no response back. I don't want to uninstall because I enjoy playing, but it's starting to get frustrating. |

I can get maybe one move in, and then the entire game locks up and nothing will function at all except for closing it outright. Restarting the game does not fix the issue. Three stars because my phone is old and is probably the problem, but it does also stand to reason the game could use some optimization if it freezes at such an early level -- games with a similar level of complexity last into the hundreds, for comparison. |

Some of them are totally inappropriate. Especially if children are playing this game. All of the ads are for other games that are just as bad or worse. You have to wait to skip the ad and then you go to another screen where you have to wait to skip the ad a second time! not relaxing at all to have to deal with ads every single level. Un-installed. |

I've tapped to purchase accidentally several times already. Very deceptive! If you have one tap buy enabled, you will be charged $10 every time for this game! .....Edit for the response by developer: It is not the fact that ads exist in the game that's the problem. The issue is that you've deliberately placed the purchase button to pop up over the start game button. |

Although I am addicted to this game and love it, it would be a lot more addicting if the ads would not shut off my progress. It's not the amount of ads, it's after the ad it cancels my game and have to start over. Frustrating. |
