It will randomly decide to exit a script for no good reason right in the middle,eg if the remote has a brief disconnect, for some reason the app thinks the script should close. I also have tried to contact the company to discuss my account but never got a reply. Regret this purchase and all the hours I've wasted trying to get it to do it's most basic function. |

I have adjusted the brightness settings and no difference. It is basically unstable unless you just use it as a teleprompter and not use your phone camera. |

For example, the script is 1.35 mins long, but upon reopening the script, the ETA shows like 25mins. Scrolling up or down in the text box shows no text. Only the black background. Opening other scripts doesn't fix the issue. I have already deleted, and re-installed the app. That fixes it for a single time. After that it goes back to being broken.. |
