Very poor customer service. I signed up & it never worked on my phone/tablet or TV. I never saw 1 lap. I have tried for 2 months to cancel & they continue to charge me. When I go to manage subscription it goes in a loop & prompts me to set up a new account. I messaged customer service for help on Dec 16th, they just responded today Jan 10th. Stay away app doesn't work & it's next to impossible to cancel.

Generally a great app for keeping up with F1 news! Though the last couple days it has been closing itself whenever I try to open the app. Only gets to the loading screen for a few seconds. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it only fixed the problem for a few hours. None of my other apps do this so I didn't think it's my phone. Hoping they fix this bug soon!
