Still not able to link bank accounts to make online payments through external account. The wait times on hold to speak with a rep are hours long sometimes. I've had multiple reps provide incorrect information. I can't wait for this loan to be fulfilled so I can leave this bank forever. I would gladly pay a higher interest rate for a slightly better experience. 0 out of 5 stars |
