You're always trying to be exclusive and by doing so you just make things harder for your customers. This is the main reason why I'm moving to Revolut. Every month we gotta pay for a service that we can't get 3 days a week because your bank is closed. Making a transfer from my own account to another one of my accounts has to wait until Tuesday because, for some reason, you won't allow it if the physical bank is closed. Living in the technological era and still we got old schoolers like you...
