| 2024-12-22 |  |  | Lights just disconnect randomly and it's a pain to try reconnect them. This system is terrible and a waste of good money. "Help" doesn't help and there is no other solution. Waste of money. Will someone please get back to me with a solution. The one light still works, the other light just acts like a normal light and won't reset. The other one randomly turns red and on and off and the other one won't turn on at all. Only one light responds to resetting. The other 3 don't respond to resetting. |
| 2024-12-08 |  | | Can't receive motion notifications on my phone anymore. This is critical because it's connected to my siren. Used to work fine, tried all the settings possible. Please assist with this issue, I can't change all my devices due to this issue! |
| 2024-10-27 |  | | I have been using this app for about a year now, and had no problems with it until recently when I stopped receiving notifications. The notifications appear in the app, but I don't receive the push notifications. I use the app for security reasons. It's posing a huge risk and issue not being able to receive notifications. Please fix the notification issue ASAP! |
| 2024-09-28 |  | | App used to work fine. Suddenly stopped sending me alerts, although I can see them on the app itself. I've tried all the possible settings on my device, cleared cache etc and uninstalled/re-installed. No success. What went wrong? It's a motion sensor, I need the notifications. Nothing changed on my device and other apps still work and send me alerts/notifications. |

| 2024-08-04 |  | | I'm using this app control a switch for the geyser. Works wonders. My favorite features are obviously as follows 1. Being able to remotely turn on/off the geyser provided the switch is connected to wifi. 2. Being able to set up on/off schedules. Multiple times a day/week. 3. Countdown. You able to set the switch to turn off after being on for specific period (e.g 1h30min) All these help to save electricity |
| 2024-01-20 |  | | App used to work perfectly, but since the recent update. It continuously crashes and my cameras have become useless. I will change this rating if they can fix this bug. Since my last message... the issue has not been resolved. I cannot add any device. I sincerely advise anybody reading this, don't buy Connex products unless you want to waste money and you want stress. |
| 2024-01-16 |  | | Good quality camera and footage is great. But the app keeps closing or crashing and says the app has a bug and must be updated but no update is available. Unable to use the app now. If this can be sorted out and everything works as it should it would be great |
| 2024-01-04 |  | | Why remove my widget. Now i have to open app every time i want to turn off the light. Voice recognition sucks when you have multiple devices. Also in south africa we have constant power outages so the lights come back on when power turns on which kinda sucks. Other then those 2 complaints it's prety good. Please add back my widget. Huawei P30 lite. |

I understand the manual on, off with the switch for someone who don't have access to the app. But irrelevant. Option should be given to let the lights stay off after power loss and then power restored. I mean having this in your bedroom and then middle of the night after power is out. Rude awaking. Please add this, thank you. |
