Canceled our old cloud plan to move everything to the new app and they want double the money for continuous recording and now I can't go back to the old cloud plan. Was paying $14 for 3 cameras and now it's $40. Absolutely not.

I don't know why it's not letting me add it to either Google or Alexa. I'm computer illiterate so I need lots of help. However I have successfully hooked up all eight cameras and they're all working but I want to see them on my Amazon echo 21 that is the only reason I bought that giant screen is so that I could see my cameras all at once or even just one of them at a time would be great but it is not working on my Google hub or my Alexa echo show 21 hub
